How It Works
From “who go host?” to “kickoff” in minutes.
ArenaAnywhere helps you find an opponent and auto-connect the session so you can paste IPs into PPSSPP and play ad-hoc online.
5-step flow
-
1
Download ArenaAnywhere.
-
2
Sign in with Google (fast + secure).
-
3
Find an opponent or invite a friend.
-
4
Tap “Connect” — we auto-set up the network.
-
5
Copy IPs into PPSSPP and play.
Connection tips (so you don’t suffer)
- • Use stable Wi-Fi if possible (mobile data works, but can be spicy).
- • Keep PPSSPP version close to your opponent’s version.
- • If one person can’t see rooms, swap host and try again.
- • Avoid power-saving mode during matches (it can kill background networking).
- • Use the in-app connection test before you waste 30 minutes arguing.
Real talk:
Ad-hoc online is basically “local multiplayer pretending to be internet multiplayer.” ArenaAnywhere handles the hard part so you don’t do manual VPN gymnastics.
