What is ArenaAnywhere?

ArenaAnywhere is a companion app that helps PPSSPP players coordinate and connect ad-hoc matches online more easily.

Which games are supported?

Any PPSSPP title that supports ad-hoc multiplayer. The initial focus is eFootball/PES.

Is ArenaAnywhere free?

Core matchmaking and connection guidance are free. Optional Pro features add competitive tools.

Do I need to install a third-party VPN app?

No. ArenaAnywhere is designed to provide a guided connection experience without requiring you to install separate VPN apps.

What are the minimum requirements?

Target is Android 7.0+ with PPSSPP installed and a stable internet connection.

Why can’t I connect to my opponent?

Start with basics: confirm both devices have stable internet, retry once after swapping host/guest, and check PPSSPP networking settings. Some networks are stricter than others.

How do I configure PPSSPP?

PPSSPP → Settings → Networking: enable networking/WLAN. Host enables “Built-in PRO ad hoc server”. Guest sets the host’s IP under “Change PRO ad hoc server IP”.

Is my connection secure?

Connections are protected in transit. Full security details will be published during launch documentation.

What is included in Pro?

Pro focuses on competitive tools: deeper stats, rankings, and event/tournament features. Exact details will be finalized closer to launch.

Will Pro be required to play?

No. Core matchmaking and connection flow remain available without Pro.

How do I create an account?

Sign in in the app and choose your username.

Can I change my username?

Username changes may be limited to prevent abuse. Final rules will be published for early access.

How do I report a problem?

Use the support option in the app or email support during early access.
